Hey Douglas, you signed up 2 months ago. The first time we heard from you was yesterday when you emailed us saying you didnt sign up and that we somehow stole your credit card information.
We promptly refunded you and closed your account within minutes of you emailing us, which you then responded by swearing and hurling abuse at our team.
So I'm not sure what is your problem. Either you forgot that you signed up or you just feel the need to be this way even though we promptly refunded you.
We wish you all the best. Please do not sign up for a service and then forget.

Ranked ai honestly one of the most useless service I've ever tried. I'm shocked at how badly they failed to deliver even the basics. Zero results, zero effort and zero accountability. Their communication is pathetic, slow and robotic. I feel scammed. Save your money and avoid their service at all costs.

0 backlinks, 0 technical seo, ill worded articles
I recently had 3 months paid service with ranked.ai,
I got 0 backlinks, i repeat 0 backlinks! After requesting a backlink report for over 3 weeks in the 3rd month, i never got it. On ahrefs i cannot see any new backlinks. Altho promised on your page they will start indexing in month 2.
The on-site optimization is severly limitted to metas and alt text, anything more i was told "its the website developers responsibilty" altho again on your website it reads we will take care of anything relating to seo with reference to technical.and onpage seo. Basic seo at best and no technical seo whatsoever
My google business profile was never "optimized" I was never even asked for the logins.
The articles were clunky and sometimes didnt make sense. I have been able to get far better ai written results with chatgpt and my own prompts ! The last article reference lifepo4 lithium, something I dont even sell !
0 technical seo, and not a single backlink, and 11 looselyworded articles for $300usd .....
Straight up rouge operators.

Hey Gary, I've tried to resolve this via email but it looks like we are not able to, so I'll reply in-depth here.
1 - You were with us for 2 paid months. In that time, we optimized your site in-depth twice, both technical and on-page. Your site is heavily outdated with a shared hosting server and an old WordPress theme. When we told you to update your design with a web developer to have a higher performing site, you thought we would do it for you. We are an SEO company, we do not design websites.
2 - We don't optimize GBP's for no reason. Your business profile was set up correctly, if we edit continuously, it gets delisted for manipulation. Changes should be rare.
3 - For the content, we asked multiple times to get details on the products offered for your lithium battery business, but we were ignored.
4 - I personally offered you a free month and to install our ODN to speed up your site due to your shared hosting limitations, but it was ignored.
5 - For backlinks, not only was it paid for 2 months (outreach links come through month 3 onwards), we also need a site that loads normally. This is why I offered to install the ODN, fix up as much technical issues as possible and provide a free month, but it was ignored.
We genuinely try to service small businesses that come to us directly, but sometimes, if there's a lack of knowledge on SEO, basic hosting or web development, it's really hard for us to make you happy. I understand that we are not the solution for everyone and that you've gone with a local SEO agency, which I think is best. Most of our clients come from agencies that white label us. It makes more sense to have someone local explain everything to you.
I hope that we can continue to resolve this via email. I have tried. But if not, we wish you all the best.

Low quality AI content farm
Signed up as their offer seemed very cheap for what they are proposing. They create you an article every week but its clear that it is done by AI even though they deny it. For example check this line: "Sheffield is known for its diverse weather, with frequent rain and unpredictable seasonal shifts". >>> no it isn't! Sheffield is not the Amazon rainforest!!
Their package promises link building and I asked about this and continually got fobbed off saying they would be started in month 3. We get to month 5 and they still fobbed me off and had no evidence of any link building.
I then complained a lot and they refunded me all of the months I have paid - how is that for an admission of guilt!!
In terms of rankings - the site didn't move at all, no surprise really.
Basically if you want to flood your site with low quality, generic AI content, then these are the guys to go for. Lesson learned - you cant expect to pay this price and get anything that will help improve your SEO.

We are sorry to see this. I understand that we didn't live up to your expectations which is why we promptly provided a full refund even though you did not request it.
Sadly, if we are unable to publish our work, outreach links are not able to go live as there is nothing for them to refer back to. We outline this in our service docs. This is also why rankings didn't move much. We need our work published.
I'm sorry about the Sheffield line, I did a quick search and it is true that Sheffield has strange seasons due to the Pennines, but I understand that this might have been too technical for your needs. We use Google Gemini with a talented content team to create content that not only indexes, but also acquires genuine backlink approvals.
I can see we also sorted an outline and a report after the full refund was processed and sorted a free month while we resolved concerns, but it looks like it didn't work. My apologies, we have tried.
We are reasonably priced because the majority of our business is white label.
I've reached out to you again, but if we don't hear from you, we wish you all the best. Please know that we genuinely did everything we could to make you happy. A full refund without asking for it was not meant to be a bad thing.

Don't give them access to your website!!
I was compelled to update my review after seeing Harry’s response to my initial one—it was misleading and dismissive. To set the record straight, I've shared all relevant email exchanges with TrustPilot, and they substantiate my claims.
Here’s what transpired:
Deleted Blog Incident: Ranked.ai's team deleted the entire live blog from our live company website and never notified us of the incident. My team discovered this three days later and had to escalate it to get an explanation. While mistakes happen, the lack of proactive communication on such a significant issue was unacceptable.
Critical Data Loss: Due to unclear communication and mishandling on Ranked.ai’s part, we lost three days' worth of critical data, including client tickets, attendance logs, and payroll records. This was a direct result of the database rollback needed to address the issue.
Poor Blog Posting: The blog posted by Ranked.ai on our website was in a substandard format, which we only discovered by chance. Again, no one from their team informed us or sought to rectify the issue before we noticed.
Unprofessional Communication: While the support team in the Philippines, particularly Ivy, handled the situation as professionally as possible, Harry’s email was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, his email dismissed our concerns and included unwarranted attitude. To make matters worse, our account was taken offline without prior notice, leaving us with no access to past reports or the dashboard.
A mistake is “genuine” when acknowledged and communicated immediately—not when it’s hidden until the client uncovers it.
If needed, I am willing to share a recording of my Google Meet call with Ivy and the email exchanges to clarify what transpired. In hindsight, I regret trusting influencers’ affiliate marketing without checking other reviews about their experience with Ranked.ai, specially when our internal SEO team was doing much better. Lesson learned.

Hey Bharti, I stand by what I said previously. To be crystal clear:
- We did not take your server down. We had 1 blog post that was deleted, that's it. You had an external event regarding your Odoo server that deleted your entire blog page, we did not delete that. (we do not have admin access to your site or external access to your server, we had editor access to your website, that's it). It would not be logical for us to be deleting parts of your site, even if we could.
- We did not know that the blog article was missing, it was 3 days, we do not check to see if a blog article is still there or not every day. We fixed it as soon as we were notified. You use Odoo as a CMS which I believe is a closed end CMS, so it sounds like an external issue from our work.
If you have an external server (for example, maybe you rolled back the server after we published an article, which would remove the article we published), problems happen. We address them as soon as we are aware of it. We cannot micromanage this for you, though.
- Yes, Ivy, from the Philippines, is our Head of Accounts and is great. She tried her best to help you and we sorted a full refund of your 1 month payment and 3 months for free, in which you were still considerably upset. It got to a point where it was so negative, it was escalated to me, the CEO of Ranked, to handle. I will always be direct and honest and I put our employees first, instead the need to work with a client. I will always do this.
I said that we are not a good fit for you, which I still strongly feel is the case considering that you are now accusing us of breaking your server, we didn't.
We don't know anything about your server. But if you had to roll back everything, including payroll on Odoo, I don't think this is due to us. We don't have access to that.
We manage thousands of websites and have access to thousands, we publish thousands of articles weekly with minimal issues. In 9 years, this is the first time we get something like this left.
We are sorry for the one blog article being deleted, we don't know if it was us that deleted it (as it would be counter intuitive to do that as an SEO service), but we did take responsibility for it and republished the article, to resolve the issue.
It's ok for us to have a different view on things. It's also ok for us to choose who our clients are. We are not forced to work with everyone. We decided that we were not a good fit for you and parted ways with a full refund processed. I am sorry that this upset you, but I also do understand.

Disappointing Experience with Ranked AI: Failed Promises and Subpar SEO Services
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Ranked AI, an SEO company that promised exceptional results but failed to deliver on every front. They claimed to use human writers for crafting content, but it was evident that the content I received was purely AI-generated, lacking the quality and engagement of human-created work.
Despite their assurances of improving my website's SEO, not a single backlink was provided after three or even four months of waiting. It felt like they had vanished into thin air. Additionally, they neglected to address basic technical SEO issues and skipped essential on-page optimizations, such as heading tags. It was clear that they were merely going through the motions without any genuine effort.
My frustration grew to the point where I canceled my subscription after four months, feeling that I had wasted both time and money. I initially discovered Ranked AI through this platform, which is why I feel compelled to share my story. I want to warn others to be cautious when considering SEO companies and urge you to reevaluate Ranked AI's practices. Hey Sufyan, we are saddened to hear about this. For context, we have genuinely tried to help you with your concerns, but I understand that we are not a good fit for everyone.
To address them one by one.
1 - We have a large in-house content team. We work in Google Docs and do use Google Workspace tools to help our writers and editors be productive, but our work written according to Google's guidelines. It also indexes consistently. We sent you a ton of reports outlining engagement and clicks in the short time period you were with us. In the little over 2 months with us, we exchanged over 150 messages with you.
2 - You were with us for a little over 2 months. We told you that we report on outreach links by the end of month 3 (which is outlined in our service docs). You closed your account at the start of the third month and we refunded the payment proactively.
3 - You wanted us to change the CSS styling of your site to make headers bigger. We told you that we are not a web development company and cannot go in-depth into the design code, which caused concern. To be clear, headers are done by default, but we can't change everything site-wide if it's a custom web development task.
I have reached out to try and get this resolved. I understand though that we are not a good fit and I wish you all the best with your business.

By contract I didn't mean a long term contract, happy for you to look up the definition of a contract online. And I have provided a copy of monthly invoices to Trustpilot, and yes I agree it is a shady industry because it has participants like you in it.
My email was provided to Trustpilot and I believe is visible to you. You could have contacted me to check what went wrong instead of spreading false information here.
And "innovating and delivering businesses a better SEO experience'? I am sure you have copied this from someone else because you surely don't know how basic SEO is done, leave aside innovation.
