We worked with Ranked.ai from early November until the end of February, including their free trial. First impressions were very positive: the onboarding call was professional, the process was clearly explained, the team were responsive throughout the early stages, and their new dashboard is simple and clear. Q) So what was the issue? A) Backlink delivery and reporting Ranked’s own service overview states that the Standard plan “acquires 4 links per month on average” and that outreach links are reported “by the end of month 2 or 3.” After nearly four months, our dashboard still showed no new backlinks, and no outreach report was provided. Over several weeks, I asked for: - confirmation of how many backlinks had been secured - examples of any URLs - a resend of the outreach report they said had been sent I was told there was an issue with sending the backlink report and that it would be with me “soon.” When I finally received a specific date, nothing arrived. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive a number, a single example link, or a working report. The replies were polite and frequent, but they did not answer the core question. I was repeatedly told the team was “looking into it” or would update me “shortly,” but no evidence of backlink delivery was ever provided. Outcome SEO takes time, so I wasn’t expecting major ranking changes within four months. The issue was that the core deliverable required for long‑term progress - backlinks - was never evidenced. Without a report or even a single example URL, it was impossible to understand what had been achieved or how the service was progressing. Even a simple “we are working on acquiring X number and will let you know by X date” would have been welcomed. Instead, Ranked.ai cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, it did leave me wondering why a refund was provided so quickly rather than simply giving an update on backlink acquisition - something clearly stated in their service overview. All in all, I found the experience disappointing, especially as it started off so promisingly.

I went with Ranked expecting an overhaul of my content and on-page to help with rankings. I didn't stay more than a month to see their link-building, but all I got in a month is a generic dashboard and three AI-written articles. It's a waste of money. If you know SEO at all, you won't be impressed.

The customer service is pretty good and their white label reporting software is helpful, and the fact they post the blogs for you is amazing. Ranked is consistent and reliable to post blog articles for you. Unfortunately for me however, after 2 years with many different websites this service did nothing to move the needles on any of my sites. I even upgraded to the enterprise plan for a few months, and it was (coincidentally) at this point that our traffic plummeted to almost nothing. (When Google implemented their first core update regarding AI written blogs.) When I reached out to them with my concerns, they told me everything was fine and we're getting good results - even though my GSC showed a massive drop in traffic and impressions. But what do I know? The articles are clearly AI written with very little helpful content - even though they pride themselves saying they're not. At one point I asked if they could take our Youtube videos and turn them into blogs. The results was literally the transcript of the video - no subheadings, no corrections, no punctuation, just one big blob of text. I was very sad because my 7 year old niece could have done better. Now I just use VideoToBlog.AI and it's amazing! I even tested out their PPC services (for 1 month) on an existing campaign - yikes. They just turned all the Google recommendations on, made all the keywords "broadmatch" and called it a day! I was getting better results and more conversions before I hired them doing it myself. But the worst part of my experience is how the company condescendingly replies to all your concerns saying "this service isn't for everyone". The fact there's no accountability when problems arise, no transparency about the keywords they're using on the blog articles and to spin the problem back onto the user is really lame. It's just lip service to save face. Just read any of the replies from bad reviews on trustpilot and you'll see exactly what I mean. I really had high hopes because it seemed like an amazing service, but.....

This service is a waste of money. They primarily send articles, and the rest of their communication is vague. They claim to be working on upgrades, but they can’t provide any evidence. I revoked their access for two months, and they didn't even notice. I kept receiving the same generic "we did upgrades" emails. Do your research and check reviews outside of their website before committing.

I used the Ranked white label service for a few clients in the last 12 months. Regretfully, compared to the many happy customers that have left reviews here, I didn't have the best experience for various reasons. Having posted my initial review here, Harry, the CEO & Founder of Ranked was straight back to me to ask if there was anything he could do and to find out what had happened. This is rare in what is a cut-throat industry and I was impressed that he took the time to reach out so quickly to see what he could do to help. I discussed the problems I'd experienced with him which he appeared genuinely grateful to understand and promised to take the feedback and use it to help the team learn from it and put processes in place to avoid it in future. Harry & I came to a mutual agreement on a way forward which demonstrated his integrity and pride in his brand. While my experience may not have initially been great, I have no doubts that the aims and intentions of the company are genuine, and it's great to see a CEO take such a hands on approach to customer service. Good on you Harry and thank you!

There have been recurring typos/errors in the work produced by Ranked.ai, even in our brand name. Evidently, the editing promised on their website is not being delivered consistently and the gravity of these types of errors fall on deaf ears when issues are raised to leadership.

This company may have worked for some people but I was not getting any benefit from their service. I have seen very little change in my SEO ranking since last year, and I can honestly say that I myself have done more work with my site and my ranking than they have. Just my experience.

I used the service for a few months. The quality of articles was very good but i couldn't see any sign of SEO . When i asked, they said it is in the level of the code so i can not see....only to trust them. Some experts i consulted were worried... so i decided to stop. They promised full transparency but i got zero.
