Despite their assurances of improving my website's SEO, not a single backlink was provided after three or even four months of waiting. It felt like they had vanished into thin air. Great, like it so far

I used the Ranked white label service for a few clients in the last 12 months. Regretfully, compared to the many happy customers that have left reviews here, I didn't have the best experience for various reasons. Having posted my initial review here, Harry, the CEO & Founder of Ranked was straight back to me to ask if there was anything he could do and to find out what had happened. This is rare in what is a cut-throat industry and I was impressed that he took the time to reach out so quickly to see what he could do to help. I discussed the problems I'd experienced with him which he appeared genuinely grateful to understand and promised to take the feedback and use it to help the team learn from it and put processes in place to avoid it in future. Harry & I came to a mutual agreement on a way forward which demonstrated his integrity and pride in his brand. While my experience may not have initially been great, I have no doubts that the aims and intentions of the company are genuine, and it's great to see a CEO take such a hands on approach to customer service.
