Read this before purchasing the subscription!!: $1,199 paid — disappointing service, generic updates, and an unresolved refund dispute On August 17, 2026, I paid $1,199 for RangeMe’s paid subscription for my business, OK BROS UNITED FLAVORS LLC. In my experience, the service has not provided the meaningful buyer engagement, useful follow-up, or responsive support I expected from this investment. I submitted our products to multiple retailers and received numerous similarly worded updates stating that submissions remained under review. Some submissions were rejected with broad explanations about supplier criteria. These communications did not provide the specific, actionable feedback I needed to understand what to improve or how to move forward. I also found the submission and follow-up restrictions frustrating. My experience was that opportunities to resubmit or reconnect were heavily limited, in some cases effectively leaving one submission opportunity for a year. I raised this concern directly with RangeMe. As of October 11, 2026, I have not received the positive commercial approaches I hoped for through the platform. Contacting retailers directly has been more productive for me. The handling of my complaint has made the situation worse. I requested a full refund on September 22 and followed up on September 29 because I was still waiting for a response. On October 1, a cancellation and refund request was registered under ticket 270229. RangeMe responded on October 2 by citing its annual, no-refund policy and listing subscription benefits. That response did not resolve my concerns about the usefulness of the service, the limited follow-up, or the support I had experienced. I then requested cancellation effective October 31 and a prorated refund from November 1 as an alternative resolution. I feel misled by the gap between the service’s presentation and my actual experience. I am sharing this so other small businesses can make an informed decision before committing their money. Before paying, obtain written clarification about submission limits, buyer communication, support response times, and refund terms. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this paid subscription. I am requesting a fair refund and a substantive response to my complaint.
