We appreciate your feedback and understand the concerns you've raised about the costs involved in entering the retail market. We’d like to clarify a few points to provide a fuller picture: Upfront Costs: We offer a variety of plans tailored to different needs. The $99 starter package is designed to provide an accessible entry point, while the Premium and Pro plans offer expanded features and greater levels of brand exposure. This allows you to choose the plan that best fits your business goals and budget. Additional Costs: We acknowledge that there are costs associated with advancing through the retail process, such as application fees for certain retailers or the expenses for packaging changes requested by retailers. These costs can vary based on the requirements of individual retailers and the specific market dynamics. Our aim is to be transparent about these potential expenses and to provide support throughout your journey. When considering a more traditional approach, the brands incur all the costs of meeting with retailers which typically include sending samples and traveling to retailer headquarters. Retailer Requirements: Each retailer has unique criteria and processes for product sourcing. RangeMe facilitates the introduction but the final terms and requirements are set by the retailers. This might include sample requests or packaging changes to meet their standards. Advertising and Samples: Marketing and sample costs are indeed part of doing business within the retail industry. We strive to help brands navigate these challenges by offering guidance and resources to optimize your presentations and meet retailer expectations. We’re continuously working to refine our services and make the process as cost-effective and straightforward as possible for our users. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. If you have specific concerns or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and we truly value your perspective, as it helps us improve our services. We’d like to address the concerns you’ve mentioned: Views and Exposure: We understand that the free plan may not provide the exposure you're seeking. It is designed to offer a basic level of exposure, and many users find the premium plans more effective for reaching a wider audience (which it seems to have accomplished while you had a Premium subscription). We constantly strive to enhance our search functionality for buyers while maximizing exposure for brands, and your input will help us refine these efforts. Sample Management: We regret to hear about the challenges you faced with sample requests. While we do have a process to verify each retailer and buyer that signs up for RangeMe, we acknowledge that ensuring all inquiries lead to genuine opportunities is a complex issue. Your feedback will help us enhance these measures. Changes to Free Profiles: We recently updated our policies to streamline our platform and focus on providing more tailored support. While the Free option remains available, it is now limited to one brand and up to three products. This change aims to enhance the quality of connections and ensure that active and engaged brands get the attention they deserve. We apologize if this has caused frustration and are here to help you understand how these changes might impact your strategy.
