I spent several days shopping for bedroom furniture and a dining room table with chairs. Rana Furniture was the only store who had exactly what I was searching for. The furniture looks perfect for both rooms. The dining room table is heavy wood & has a turntable in the middle of the table, which works out great for passing different items. The bedroom set is also heavy & sturdy wood. The drawers are well made & slide easily. I would recommend Rana Furniture for anyone interested in getting a great deal as far as quality and price.

When I went to the store I was very clear about the day of the delivery. I was not going to buy anything if I was not going to get the furniture by the expected day (Monday). I was told that my furniture will be in by Monday. I never got a call by the delivery service, by Saturday I called the store. I was told that they were looking for me, however, the phone number was wrong. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the mistake. They basically blamed me and demanded another day for delivery. That change cost me: $192.50 (salary), a trip that was planned for three days I was forced to make it shorter (2 days). I won't buy anything else there or advice my friends to go there.

I purchased a furniture bedroom set that I was thrilled to buy. The representative at the office was very amicable and treated me well. My review is on the horrible experience I had with the delivery department the Supervisor and Manager I spoke to over the phone. I was never called on the day of my delivery to let me know what's the estimate time of arrival for the drivers and I get one final call (which is fact was the first and only call) according to the supervisor that If I was not on my premises in 20 minutes I would be charged a restocking fee and my delivery would be done in another day. I was told that they had recorded two missed calls from me and that they could not work around my schedule to deliver. So then I spoke with the manager and stated the same information and had no interest in helping me out. All in all I have had deliveries from many furniture companies throughout the years, and I have always had great communication for both myself and other companies and never been treated so poorly considering I payed in full for the bedroom set. I was truly disappointed to see the company is only interested in income and will do anything and say anything against the customer to get more money. It's been a nearly a month and no one called to follow up on the complaint which shows the lack in care to provide excellent customer service.

Totally not recommended aleady not to purchase a bed. I purchased and mattress on August 8, 2015. A cool reflection mattress I paid $832.00 I picked up the mattress my self form the wear house and when I opened it at home it was a little dirty I really didn't mind,but The mattress was very uncomfortable superhard nothing like What I tried in the show room. The next day I Took the mattress back to the store to get exchanged for something better cause it had 10 years warranty and supposedly 10 days to try.And to make a long story short they didnt exchange the mattress and didn't give me my money back. They say the mattress looses warranty after it's open from its original package so that means you have to try it with the bag on You can't open it . Ridiculous ...... I was very upset!! I had to spend more money getting a new bed. I really think that's not fair and it should not happen to anyone else's. Be very careful if you getting a new bed from there. And have them deliver it to you.
