Everything was excellent

I was a bit apprehensive when I purchased the dining room set because I read some bad reviews online regarding delivery, specifically the Pembroke Pines store. I read the paperwork very carefully and decided to go for it, because I really liked the dining room set and the price was right. I could not have been more pleased with the delivery. They came ahead of time (unheard of!) and were done in 5 minutes. They were very careful and respectful.

The hardware did not come in with the furniture on the day if the delivery! I had to wait 48 hours to receive it! Leaving my furniture on the floor after being charged $140 delivery charge! When I called the same day to return a nightstand that didn't fit in my room because the door would crash with the dresser they told me I would have to pay $75. Restocking fee!! Really and brand new table that easily would be sold in your store?! Not even a day old?? I will never ever step foot in a Rana furniture again & I've let all my friends and family know about my bad experience at Rana Furniture! It's no wonder people shop at thef famous store such as rooms to go, City furniture, el dorado!
