This was the first time that I was visiting Rana furniture. The service from the sales person was good. I was looking for an specific style that I saw in the internet, and then she explained that they didn't have that item in the stores. Then, she offered me something else. What it's really surprised me that if you don't pay the shipping of the item, and instead you want to pick it up, the item lost the warranty and no return is allowed. First, the shipping was expensive considering that we were talking about some night stand tables. Secondly, any other furniture store in the market offer you something acceptable like El Dorado furniture that charge you only 10% of the price item for shipping and without any problem, you can pick up the product and the warranty continue the same, and you can return the item after 24 hours. I think this is the last time that I would consider this store if I need any furniture. thank you
