I very much LOVE using RAMShard. It's efficient, easy to use, and the staff is extremely helpful and polite! The pricing is fair and nothing to complain about, and I haven't had a single issue!

I bought a 1GB server two times already and it worked perfectly well. However, now I bought a 2GB one, and after a couple hours the server became pretty laggy. I know that 2GB isn't too much, but there are no more than 4 people on the server and we don't really go too far away from each other. But as I said, we didn't have this problem in the past, and I hope the support team can solve this lag problem with us. They still deserve the 5*

Great host, easy interface and easy access to console and playerlist. Easy to restart and stop/start. Definently recomended.

I wanted a Minecraft server for 4 people. I have never attempted this so I googled for providers, looked at various reddit posts, and I got about a dozen potential providers. I then used trustpilot.com in an attempt to further reduce my choices. I don't really know if one can trust trustpilot.com but since all the ratings were not completely 100% glowing reports I figured there was probably some actual facts behind them. I focused on the "bad" and "poor" ratings. People have a tendency to rate things poorly if they have problems but satisfied customers are less likely to bother. RAMShard had a very low percentage of poor and bad reviews. I then purchased the Rabbit package. I uploaded my 1.12.2 solo world to familiarize the other people with the game. I had no problems uploading using FileZilla, and the game ran perfectly. One week after Mojang released 1.14, I attempted to update the server on Sunday. There was some sort of Java issue and the Minecraft launcher could not connect. After asking in the customer chat, the rep. promised to forward the issue to the support team. I was very pleased to find a response the very next morning alerting me that the issue had been resolved. My 1.14 world is running great. For $3/month this can't be beat. I am a very happy customer.

First a was i little be carefully cause of the very low prices, and the circumstance that i could not choose the specific place in the EU i wanne the server to be, Im my case it was Frankfurt thats listet in theyr server locations. But i give it a try and i have to say i am surprised how good everythiing works the support is as easy as it could be. Just use a chatwindow and ask your question. The servers respond very good and you have everything you wanna get, Full FTP access and mySQL server. To many to count up here. I'l recommend this company to everyone whos on the search for a Minecraft server hoster. Greets Yava

The team is super help full and responsive! If i have any problems i just ask and within a min! They reply even at 8:44.

Ramshard definitely a great choice in server. The stability of their shared and dedicated ip servers have been tremendous help for testing plugins and even playing on multiple worlds. The customer service alone is what sold me. I wasn't even a customer and my questions were getting answered by the knowledgeable Chat Agent(s) to this very second. The information about what servers and what plugins I should be using was also a huge help.
