The first 24 hours, everything was perfect. Well the interface requires a little adaptation, but it still asser intuitive. But the next days ... The problems begin. The system does not see the players who are connecting ... it kick everyone out every 25 to 30 minutes, it makes reconnection errors ... And every time that happens you lose your progress of the 10 last minutes. In the end you restart the server and everything goes well for about 30 minutes. After which the problems start again. I am a little disappointed because before I was at another host a little more expensive but in 6 years I had never had problems. I seriously think about going back.

The best, greatest, most humble server host in minecraft, whatever your problem is they will help 100% no $3 fee to escalate a ticket. No 3rd party company handling your chat request it is done by them so you are always having a meaningful conversation. I never had a problem with up time or lag honestly it was a fast server and the only problems I encounter were the ones Mojang had with server bug issues not them.

RAMShard is amazing! The navigation is simple, so you can quickly learn how to work everything. The support always gives you the answers you asked for and more, they aren't always online, but once they are, they will make sure to email you. The prices are all cheep. If you need extra help with setting up anything, it cost a little extra but could help you a lot in the long run. I haven't had any bad server hosting yet, and I always see myself coming back to RAMShard after taking a break from running a server!

Nice server hosting Only sometimes you the gate a way error appears if you want tot delete a file.
Response from RAMShardAug 3, 2019
Hey there! Thanks for the review! If you are receiving a gateway error while trying to delete a file using the built in file manager then the action you're trying to complete is too big to do via a browser with the built in file manager. You would want to use an FTP program such as FileZilla instead to delete the files. We have a guide on using FileZilla here: https://support.ramshard.com/en-us/article/getting-started-with-filezilla-xct5jn/

Good experience, stable servers, the staff took a while to respond but eventually resolved my issues, only problem im having is the high price of 15€ for setting up permissions not being worth it since I have a small server so it would be that hard , I'm going to hold off on buying that service for now
Response from RAMShardAug 1, 2019
