Excellent Service

It is not always necessary to go to the giant providers! In this case I switched to RAMShard for a Minecraft server. In contrast to many large providers (by experience), Ramshard has fair prices and high-performance servers. Another point is that the interface runs very smoothly and I have had no problems with it so far. The downtime rate is very low, it only happened to me once that the server was really offline. The only problem with the support is that many users may experience problems if they live in a different time zone, as the support is only available at certain times and there is no 24/7 support. Nevertheless, there is a live chat support, which is also fast. So far all staff have been very friendly and helpful. So I would very much like to have 24/7 support. It would also be good if you could add users to the interface without having to contact support and that you can run multiple databases on one server. Otherwise, very good and in any case recommendable :)

Since the first day i only have 1 word to say. Amazing. Thank you.

I made a server to have some simple survival maps with my friends but turned into an endless opportunity for change. Very comprehensive support staff that is always there to help when I need it, very easy to customize servers with plugins, mods, and configure just about anything. Would highly recommend to anyone to make a server with ramshard even if it is just one to play with your friends

The staff are fast at help & they get the job done. Love it :)

All about helping you, even the simplest questions. 10/10 experience. UI can be a little confusing at times but nothing you can't learn by self exploration/youtube tutorial Kevin (RAMShard) does.

Service was perfect I like it so much Also Kevin's service was best!

He was very kind throughout the process and I greatly appreciate his help in installing my mod pack.
