The customer was really nice and got the order right

Visited the new Schererville, IN location for my 1st Raising Canes experience. Nice, simple marketing concept. LOUD music, disco balls, country & karate decor. No Snoop pics? Food was hot & served fast! Hot, crispy chicken, chicken, chicken......no flavor, no seasoning. Cold slaw was bland. Overall, I may come back along with my hot sauce!

I liked their chicken fingers. They were flavorful and moist. However, I was disappointed that they serve their hot food in Styrofoam containers for takeout. When we got home and started eating, we noticed that the Styrofoam had begun to melt from the heat of the chicken. That was very concerning because melted Styrofoam can pose potential health risks. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression on me. I enjoyed the food, but because of the packaging, I don't plan on returning.

Always a pleasure visiting it each time. My girl loves raising cane's. Thanks to Eaindra for giving us a great, joyous service this time and to all its staff.

My concern is that a basic of serving finger food is providing napkins. I shouldn't pull away and see no napkins or have to ask after looking over my order. The should already be prepped in each bag.

The raising canes on 2150 south and state st is the worse place it doesn’t even deserve a rating I was ignored not one person would help me so I finally just walked out never to go a back again very rude people

Chicken Portions VERY SMALL except on sandwich, how do you get fries that small?? slaw was so BITTER needed more sugar. Not worth the price at all . I've ate at other CANES and was so excited it had came to rt he tri cities but nothing like had before we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED will not be wasting any more of my money.

I love the chicken the sauce and the bread its a the best place to eat chicken fingers at the staff is nice and the food is great would recommend this place to anyone
