No healthier options. Tenders were great but no fruit cup or side salad. They have diet drinks why why not a couple of healthier side options instead of bread, fires and sweetened coleslaw. Staff was great, restaurant nice .

The food is good as always, but I've noticed the portions getting smaller while the prices keep climbing. I'd hoped Cane's would be immune to what's happening across the restaurant industry, but the value just isn't what it used to be. Disappointed overall.

I paid almost $25 for two (4) piece chicken tender meals. The chicken tenders are the equivalent of French fries! You all need to much better if you want folks to continue to patronize your stores! Wife and I, are totally disappointed!!

The chicken is fine. There is a high chance of getting a tendon in one. If you don't order a meal. The sauce cup is .70 cents! That's crazy. I won't be back for the price.

Chicken Portions VERY SMALL except on sandwich, how do you get fries that small?? slaw was so BITTER needed more sugar. Not worth the price at all . I've ate at other CANES and was so excited it had came to rt he tri cities but nothing like had before we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED will not be wasting any more of my money.

While the chicken was moist, it was quite bland, lacking any spice flavor. The sauce was OK, but when I asked for more sauce, (my chicken had very little sauce to begin with), I was told that a small cup would be 53 cents. I did not care about the price of the sauce, it was just insulting. The fries were forgettable. When I ordered, I was asked if I wanted lemonade or would I be using the fountain? I took the lemonade. Then noticed on my bill, I was charged more for it! With the sauce and lemonade I felt nickeled & dimed. I also thought the price was a bit high. I Can Not recommend this place, quite disappointing...highly overrated..

I like the food, but I didn't get what I ordered. Ordered the Caniac Combo, which is supposed to come with 6 chicken fingers. Got home 10 miles away only to find I got only 4 chicken fingers. Was charged for the Caniac Combo price. Seems like the order taker was distracted by a personal conversation with someone else on the headset. No receipt, no way to contact the store digitally.
