Canes is my go to. I love it but today I got the naked tenders. They were so crisp and overcooked that I could not even chew them. Not only overcooked but tough and dry. Never again will I order the naked tenders. Also, the toasted bread was stale and the only way I could eat it is to drown it in sauce. Plus no one ever knows about Sr Discount and when you ask for it, they have to go get someone to show them how to do it. I’m rethinking my love for Canes.

Visited the new Schererville, IN location for my 1st Raising Canes experience. Nice, simple marketing concept. LOUD music, disco balls, country & karate decor. No Snoop pics? Food was hot & served fast! Hot, crispy chicken, chicken, chicken......no flavor, no seasoning. Cold slaw was bland. Overall, I may come back along with my hot sauce!

My concern is that a basic of serving finger food is providing napkins. I shouldn't pull away and see no napkins or have to ask after looking over my order. The should already be prepped in each bag.

The chicken is the best. Change the fries and the slaw. Yuk. Slaw is better than the fries. Fries are frozen 50’s fries.

Fries could be better if there were a little crispy instead of soggy good chicken but pricey.

The quality and taste of the food is on point, but my complaint is that the chicken fingers, canes sauce, and coleslaw keep getting smaller and smaller and for the prices of the meal options I think that’s quite ridiculous. At this point you need at least 2 or 3 sauces just for a box combo because the sauce cups are even smaller now. Same thing for the coleslaw
