Well not return I asked them if they had anything else and they said they only had four items to choose from and I didn't really want fries would have been better if they would have had a complete family meal but they didn't I won't return neither I don't even know why they built the damn thing in Cleveland for it's piss poor service

Worthless, janky app. They keep making me re-login manually after saving my info. No Google login, manual login like it's 1990. What a bunch of stupid, incompetent executives over there, getting paid far more than their lazy minds are worth.

Never too return! We simply asked for honey mustard sauce because their special sauce had too much pepper and it was not eatable. The person at the counter said that will cost you 30 cents per container. I didn't have any pocket change and wasn't going to use a credit card for 30 cents so I told him to forget it and we walked out of the restaurant. Common sense isn't very common. Losing customers over 30 cents is pretty short sighted and shows ZERO interest in customer retention. Canes can stick their special sauce and look forward to not seeing us again because of their ridiculous penny pinching policies.

I visited Raising Cane's today 07/23/2026 for the first time. I was not impressed at all the food was a small portion not seasoned the only thing that was good was the sauce I would never eat there again.

I liked their chicken fingers. They were flavorful and moist. However, I was disappointed that they serve their hot food in Styrofoam containers for takeout. When we got home and started eating, we noticed that the Styrofoam had begun to melt from the heat of the chicken. That was very concerning because melted Styrofoam can pose potential health risks. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression on me. I enjoyed the food, but because of the packaging, I don't plan on returning.

The raising canes on 2150 south and state st is the worse place it doesn’t even deserve a rating I was ignored not one person would help me so I finally just walked out never to go a back again very rude people

My wife and I decided to give Rising Canes a try. Didn't care for the Chicken fingers, the fries were ok and the coleslaw was ok as well. After we finished eating about fifteen minutes later my stomach started hurting. Ran to the restroom to empty my bowels out ,thank God for restrooms

2 times in a row I go to the rock hill South Carolina canes and my sandwich combo with no lettuce and a extra canes sause has been messed up. First time they put lettuce on it and second time they do not put an extra canes sause in there. I do not understand
