Quick Shipping
My battery was shipped within hours of my order, but it took about 5 days to get here despite being sent in a Priority Mail package. That is likely an issue with the current shut down and not Raion Group. The battery arrived charged, which is a nice bonus. I would use them again.

Batteries arrived in good shape
Batteries arrived in good shape - work great Would have given 5 stars if you used UPS to ship. United States Postal Service took forever to deliver
Response from Raion GroupMay 26, 2020
Thank you for your feedback. We do use UPS to ship out the heavier orders, and USPS for smaller lighter orders. Due to COVID-19 all carrier network systems have been affected which has resulted in slightly longer transit times. This likely would not have happened outside the current world situation. Please visit us in the future for your battery needs!
