Batteries work perfectly in the bike. Order was shipped in a timely fashion and none of the batteries were damaged in transport.

The price was good. The shipping information was bad. Your website said "left on front porch" while they were in transit? Additionally, I originally received 1 tracking number that showed everything on that shipment, only 1 box of 3 showed and I thought the USPS left it all at mailbox and it got stolen. After contacting you, I was informed there where 2 more tracking numbers. Very disorganized.

Getting it right the first time

The battery failed in less than a month. So they sold me a bad battery and then they expected me to send it back at my expense. So that was another $30 out of my pocket. Then they said it would take time to inspect with a series of test. A month later I still don't have a battery. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and DO NOT DEAL WITH RAION.
