Hello, Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this further, your first email was received yesterday morning (February 19th) which is a federal holiday. As a result, your email was responded to today by an agent who had requested pictures of the battery that you needed so that they can provide you a link to the correct battery you would need. You responded that you recycled your old battery and were unable to provide this information and requested that you wanted to return the battery which we provided more detailed information on. Besides the email not being responded to the same day which is a result of the federal holiday we previously mentioned, your multiple emails were responded to within 15 min max. The claims made stating that an exchange makes us pay for shipping both ways is not true. Our returns policy which is available on our website does not state this. You are not stuck with a battery you cannot use as we have provided the return instructions.
