Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this order, you ordered this item 5/12, and the carrier picked up the item on 5/13. We shipped the item by priority mail. We work hard in getting packages to the carrier within 1 business day of receipt of the order. Once the carrier receives the package from us, we are not in control of the actual transit or delivery of the package. There are multitude of reasons a carrier may delay the package ranging for supply chain issues to weather. If there is a delay with the carrier, you can reach out to us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the package and provide a status update. We never received any form of communication from you regarding this before you left this review. Looking at your tracking number, the package was delivered to you by the carrier an hour before you left this review.
