Hi customer, Sorry to hear that you had bad experiences with Rainproxy. I have taken a look into our system, it seems like you are targeting sneaker sites, but you have chose the wrong package. You have chosen for the regular package which We block sneaker access there. We have made special sneaker packages with different pools for sneaker purposes. We would like to get in touch with you and try to solve your issue. I have informed your account manager regarding this, your account manager should reach you out trough your email. For any questions, feel free to contact our live chat support or simply send an email to [email protected] Thanks, Rainproxy Team

Hello, We thank you for leaving a review on Trustpilot. This really depends on the site you’re requesting to and the tool you are using. We would recommend using rotating proxies to prevent tasks for getting banned. If you have tried this already, we would like to help you, and find a solution regarding this. Please contact us, we will try to solve your issue. Email: [email protected] Or trough the live chat. With the best regards, RainProxy Team
