I was given a free trial a long time ago. The IPv6s they gave me worked, and that's what I wanted to try. Now I've purchased the IVP6 residential plan, which does have residential proxies, but it only works with Google searches and won't open any pages even if they're IPv6-compatible. Customer support hasn't helped me since I purchased my plan.

The waiting time is too long

Service was decent, but I expected more features for the price. The customer support is friendly, though it sometimes takes a while to get a detailed response.

Actually, your service are trying, but I am still experiencing blocking of my profile. That is an issue I was having and I am still having the same issues even using your Rainproxy.

Good day, We are very sorry that you are not happy with our way of processing payments. We review packages that comes from credit card payments. We only review it once, after that it won't happen again so you can buy a package next time without us having to check it, and get it instantly added to your account. We do not review the transaction from crypto payments, only for credit card. Hopefully you can understand that we want to keep our payment partners, so we are forced to take these steps to prevent fraud. If you have any questions for our reviewing team, feel free to ask them by emailing [email protected] Kind regards, Rainproxy Team

Hi, We thank you for your review. We have recently changed our residential proxy plan prices. Please mind that they are residential proxies, that’s why they are more expensive then Datacenter proxies.
