Hi, We're sorry from hearing you have had a negative exprience. As you know, it's clearly written on the site that we're only having US cities/ states available. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with our live chat support team about the previous conversations and it seems like there was no problems and it ended without any problems. If you haven't used more then 20% of your package in 3 days, you will get your money back if you're not happy with our service.
