Two things to consider before sending your assets to Rain. 1. Customer support is overwhelmed because the keep taking new customers knowing that can't serve them. So if something gone wrong... I will say to you "Good luck :)". I wonder if they can't provide a service to their customers why you keep taking more new ones?! 2. The fees they advertise is not real because the real market price is different than what they sell/buy. I monitored the price for BTC/SAR and I found the their price is more 1.2% when buying and 0.5% when selling (Compared to Coinbase). And of course the the 1.5% for wire transfers and 4% for card deposits.

Beware as they may lose your funds. This is to report a serious negligence on part of Rain Management W.L.L. due to which they have lost AED 17650 (BHD 1813) of my funds. I initiated a withdrawal of my funds of BHD 2026.027 from the Rain platform on the 28th of March 2021 and I was to receive BHD 2021.27 (~ AED 19650) after transfer fees deduction of BHD 5 into my registered bank account in Dubai. To my shock on the 29th of March 2021 I got this SMS from my bank "AED 2021.03 has been credited to your account XXX-XXXXXXXX-XX TT REF: XXX AED 2021.03 RAIN MANAGEME. Available Balance now is AED XXX" So Rain deposited exactly AED 2,021.03 into my account and marked the transaction as Completed. It is clear from this that they basically ignored the fact that my withdrawal was in BHD and instead sent me the literal AED figure instead. This resulted in a loss of AED 17650 (BHD 1813) for me. After this incident I lodged a complaint with them at their support email on the 29th of March Ref #90169, after no resolution was reached for 8 days, I lodged an official complaint at their official complaints email on the 6th of April and they have done absolutely nothing to return my funds back to me. The last time they replied to me was on the 7th of April (11 days ago) that they will look into it and have since stopped replying all of my emails and chat messages to follow up with this matter. I am fearful they have lost my funds and are no longer responding to provides updates, I have lodged a complaint with the Central Bank of Bahrain as well. I hope I get my money back from them. -- Update: 19th April 2021 -- Got a message from them saying that they have sent the remaining money. I will update this review once the money hits my bank. -- Update: 20th April 2021 -- Remaining funds have reached my bank. Case closed thankfully.

Further to my review of 29th March, I contacted RAIN customer services as per their request to my review. I was asked to provide a copy of the email regarding the reward which I did. Unfortunately still no action taken from RAIN side nor have I hear from them except for their apologetic emails which I think are computer generated emails! I gave RAIN the last chance and now I am of the firm belief that RAIN is not a company that I would do business with and I would never recommend them to anyone because of their very poor customer service and lack of action.

I have followed up on a withdrawal several times and also written to support@rainbh and yet no finances on my account and no communication from them, i have had horrible experiences with this on other platforms and would like to know if this is a Scam as well, or just bad customer service

Good app. Fees are ok. Needs more altcoins.

If i could give 0 stars i would give. Site brakes all the time we lose our money all the time they are not responsible and if u contact them they dont replay normally they send automatic electronic dead answer. very dissapointed.

As someone who splits his time between Bahrain and the USA I was hella happy when I found Rain. Makes my life a lot easier with buying and selling crypto. Good job guys.

Top platform to buy and HODL crypto! Had a little issue with account verification but the staff was friendly and quick to reply.
