Better than most. Tested a number of crypto exchanges before finding Rain. Good support,no bugs, and smooth trading. Plus, they seem to be very good with data security.

Don’t use the Rain platform for any crypto investments, they have high hidden fees in which the buying price is much higher than the selling price. This coupled with terrible customer service and very slow processing time can result in losses at key moments in the market. Go for Binance or Crypto.com as I’m deleting this platform for good.

Hi Zafwan, Thank you for your feedback. Fees are 1.5% to sell and buy through bank transfer. For card purchases, the fee is 4% of the total value. There are no fees for storage. As for withdrawal (wiring) fees, it is free for accounts in Bahrain but it’s a flat 50 SAR or equivalent for international accounts. More information on Rain's fees: https://www.rain.bh/service/fees/rain-fees Thank you

Deposits are taking too long, I deposited 2000BD using FAWRI 4 days later it's not there. However 2 of my other FAWRI+ payments reached within a day from that 4 day period. High fee's on buying and selling compared to other exchanges. Yet i thought they would be trustable in getting the timing done. I missed my opportunity to buy a good deal of profit.

Deposited money through bank and never reflected in their account, finally after many mails and complaints got my money in my account after a month. Lost almost 200 dollars on charges and conversions and missed many good investment opportunities which could have profited me in a month.

I'm using Rain for several months now. Fees are a bit high and withdrawal and money transfer take some time. But it's reliable and secure, which is most important to me, and I didn't have any issues till now. Also, they could add some more coins. Overall, I'm satisfyed.

The deposit took five days to be credited to account. I would appreciate if this can be speeded up. Transfer from middle eastern countries to Bahrain. Does not take this long.

Not normal. It took them 7 days to get a deposit, after I contacted them many times and they answer with preset answers. I had to send them copy of transfer to get them upload my deposit. Super slow
