I don’t agree with many comments here. I found it very easy to exit my investments and withdraw funds. However, I have to say that the spreads are too large to justify. I can understand some level of spread but at these sizes it’s too much. If they can sort this out then we are looking at a 4/5* platform.

The deposit took five days to be credited to account. I would appreciate if this can be speeded up. Transfer from middle eastern countries to Bahrain. Does not take this long.

The only concern I have is Transaction fees at the time of buying and selling cryptos. 1.5% is way huge fees. the remaining is not sufficient profits after trading. Please consider reducing the fees, its quite high. Regards

Hi Sohail, Thank you for your feedback. The fees are 1.5% to sell and buy through bank transfer. For card purchases, the fee is 4% of the total value. There are no fees for storage. As for withdrawal (wiring) fees, it is free for accounts in Bahrain but it’s a flat 50 SAR or equivalent for international accounts. This platform I consider it the safest and I am using this platform since a long time. The only way issue is that you can not transfer XRP currency to another destination unless you transfer it to bitcoin equivalent which is major disadvantage in my opinion I hope that will be improved in the future

I'm former coinbase user that started using Rain to manage my crypto portfolio when I moved to the UAE late last year. Not the worst, not the best but it feels like a secure and robust platform with standard fees.
