Rain has disconnected my wifi as their billing was incorrect. On the 25th August 2026 the billed me R999., which was incorrect. I called them and the only excuse was the systems error. I asked them to cancel my subscription. On the 5th September I rec9 a call advising me to pay R590. When a query how did they get the amount, I could not get any explanation. Now recentlyI received another call from their retention department asking me contenue with the services and I will pay this month R356. Then within 2 weeks i will need to pay R356.. This is a scam company. I want nothing to do with them. Am getting call everyday from to not to cancel. Pathetic

RAIN persuaded us move to their 5G platform in May 2025. Our monthly cost then rocketed up while our service level (slow response etc..) went down. We tried to contact them numerous times for over a year to ask why we had a poor service after going 5G and were paying double our normal monthly rate. We got no response whatsoever until October 2025 when we were advised that "we had not been placed on a 5G tower". The employee then assured us she had now switched to a 5G tower. On a later call we were further advised that there was no 5G coverage in our area! We referred our issues to the IPSA and Rain suddenly decided to speak to us. It turned out that had been on 2 concurrent contracts (4G and 5G) and they finally agreed to refund payments made for the 5G contract they seem unable to fulfil. We asked them for compensation to cover the stress and costs in cash and time trying to get a response from them to discuss our issues for over a year. During that year we made 7 attempts to contact them before getting a response. We were then promised an escalation to their management to get them to contact us. No contact was ever made with us despite 7 such promises. Via the IPSA we now have an offer from RAIN to refund but they insist they have a "no compensation" policy so will not give us an award for over ayear of stress caused directly by their non-responses. This company should be renamed "Shower" - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience on Rain. The platform feels confusing and hard to use even for basic things. What upset me the most is that I couldn’t properly close my account and I still have money stuck in coins they delisted. I wasn’t clearly guided on what to do, and it feels like my funds are just sitting there with no real solution. Support hasn’t been reassuring AI chat bot annoying and the whole situation has made me lose trust. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Let's start with this: SCAM. It's a platform designed for fraudulent purposes. It's not a real crypto market! I won't create confusion by writing a long story, but if anyone's curious, I have official documents, correspondence, and screenshots of every fraudulent activity they've engaged in.

Complete scam and waste of money. If you actually make some serious money they freeze your money and demand 10% fee to free it up.

RAIN is a scam do NOT invest with them!! My husband invested heavily in RAIN after I fell ill. We needed a lot of money for medical costs and treatment. This was a desperate move, but he didn't know where else to go. RAIN has charged him an enormous amount of fees and they will not release his money until he pays $20K, we do not have that, not even close!! RAIN is corrupt, and unfortunately, stole all his money and now we are unable to get our money released, they are holding it indefinitely! There is no guarantee that even if we were somehow able to pay the $20K that they would even release our money to us, telling us that we need to pay even more for some made-up scam and refuse to release our money! Horrible and evil, that's what RAIN is!!

My story is the same as all of the others. DO NOT USE THIS TRADING PLATFORM FOR ANYTHING! I have reported them to the SEC. RAIN IS A FRAUDULENT GROUP OF THUGS!
