RadicalnReviews of radicaln.com

The natural stone chess board I purchased is stunning!!! Its so heavy weight and absolutely a show piece. Sturdy. I adore it. I received one slightly chipped pawn upon arrival, and they sent me a beautiful replacement promptly with another one for free ♥♥ Highly recommend this company and their products.

Smooth transaction

Online ordering was easy, and shipping was quick. Everything was packaged very well, and items are very high quality. Will be buying from Radicaln again!

Chess set is beautiful and just as pictured. Packed very well, arrived in great shape and on time.

This chess set is beautiful, well made pieces that look and feel amazing. Definitely a statement in your room. Unfortunately the board I received had a small chip in the corner, the customer service department responded immediately and the problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company

Ordered a chess set . The quality of product is very high , item arrived nicely, securely packed . Unfortunately delivery service didn’t work as great as they should and I had small crack at my new chess deck . Guys immediately respond and sent me new desk , so now I’m enjoying my new set and it also works great as part of interior . Great quality , great service , highly recommended!

Great customer service

Honestly the customer service at this company is above and beyond. Several years after purchasing 2 of their sets, one of the chess pieces fell down while moving it around and broke. Radicln sent a new replacement piece for free without hesitation so I can still enjoy this beautiful chess set both as a decorative ornament and a practical game set for years to come. thank you
