Great team,Gorgeous product ,bought the travertine cup holder ,absolutely beautiful!efficient and fast responding.Highly recommand!

The chess set is absolutely beautiful. All the pieces look great. We got the red and coral 3.5 inch set, and and also a separate board (Peradix Wooden Chess Board 18.89 Inch). I read that the board often sold with marble pieces is a bit small for the squares, and these really fit perfectly on a larger board. I was worried that the red ones would look like wood from the pictures but that was not the case at all, they were red and white and look honestly beautiful. They're also easy to tell the pieces and colors apart, which is fairly important if you actually want to play chess with them. Additionally, they come with soft bottom cushions so they don't scratch your chessboard. We had a small cosmetic issue with one of the pawns - I didn't think it was worth returning the whole set over that but their customer service were super kind about replacing it and even double checking that the shipment went through for us. Even when we're not playing we leave it there cause it's so pretty to look at.

I was looking for a chess set that I’d be proud to keep on display on our coffee table—something that would always be ready for a spontaneous game with my son. This handmade marble set turned out to be the perfect choice. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it looks great as a decorative piece when not in use. The set also came with a card explaining its 30-day warranty. While unpacking it, I accidentally knocked the king off the counter and broke it. I contacted the company, and true to their word, they promptly replaced the piece at no cost. Their customer service was excellent, and the experience gave me even more confidence in my purchase. I’m very pleased with both the quality of the chess set and the support behind it.

One of the best customer service’s I have experienced. My first set of coasters and coaster holder came broken. I was in love with the variation on the stone and requested a new one be sent. They immediately sent me another, but the item I received didn’t have any variation of colors. I reached out not thinking I would get another one but worth a shot and they did send me another with more variations at zero cost. 10/10 recommend and the item is beautiful!

Amazing customer service. This company truly stands behind their products and cares about the customer experience.

Excellent quality product. One of my pieces came slightly chipped due to random shipping issues and the customer service team was very fast to respond and got me a replacement extremely quickly.

Lid came broken on a urn, contacted them and they asked for pictures, I sent pictures and they sent out a new urn that came in perfect condition. Great to deal with. 100% would recommend.

The green onyx mortar and pestle is gorgeous. Customer service is excellent.
