Rad Pro for years, they will not honor warranty
I have been a Rad Pro for years. I had a running shoe (Synth) burst in the toe box. I sent pictures and provided explanation. The shoes were used for less than 10 miles. I did a sprint workout on concrete and the tear that occurred on my last rep while decelerating was attributed to the impact of my feet hitting the ground even though I landed on my back from a hamstring pull with the show split. Interesting, take on that, but nonetheless I use my powers as a consumer.
