#RAD.US.220077 - Greedy company. They don’t care for their customers. I bought the v2s. I wear size 12 with every brand. They say it is true to size. Nope. They says shoes fit snug. I said okay. I will wear it a few times and they will for better. Nope. So, I contact them asking a for a small discount to buy another pair size 12.5. I knew that I was not going to be able to return my current shoes because their return policy sucks. They offered me nothing. They got the YouTubers hype their products and they are making millions. Owner soon will sell his business to a big group and enjoy the retirement. They don’t give a crap about people who actually pay for their shoes. Shoes are great but just understand what you are buying. If you are okay with their greediness then you will love your shoes if they fit you properly.

Horrible customer service!!! Order#US.210696-1, I received the order in just for the shoes, the Running ones for the first time this past week and they hurt my feet a lot in the middle. I cannot even wear them because they hurt so much they gave me a little blistered on the side of my feet and I sent them a picture showing them what had happened to me and even like that they’re telling me deal with it. We don’t really care your past the window or whatever they’re saying but this is a quality issue. it’s not a window that I just want to return it back. It’s actually a manufacturer issue with the shoe and they refuse to help me. I want my money back and I’m not going to stop till I get it because it’s not right that it’s my first time shopping with this company and they want to keep my money, their shoes have something on the inside that it rubs on the side of my feet over and over again and it hurts like hell I want my money back!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer from the start and have always spread the word and been a great advocate for the brand. I have encountered my first problem this morning when I was travelling and had to use my R1s for a rope climb. Whilst they’re not my standard training shoe I thought they would withstand a couple of climbs as I had no alternative. However; they immediately burnt through the sole and I actually struggled to finish the workout. When I contacted customer service I merely got fobbed off and got told that I shouldn’t have used this type of shoe. Whilst I appreciate that it isn’t for standard rope climb use it is a shoe/trainer and should withstand this impact. What was even worse what the response I got. No courtesy, no future discount, nothing. I am so disappointed that my RAD journey had to end this way. Never again and I will make sure I spread the word. Shame as they have lost a lot of business. A lot.

I had a really disappointing experience with RAD Global. I placed my order on August 27, and the shoes still haven’t arrived. The tracking information hasn’t been updated, and despite sending emails and direct messages, I haven’t received a helpful response. I was excited to support the brand and was even considering buying another pair, but the lack of communication and customer service has made that difficult. Customers deserve clear updates, especially when an order is significantly delayed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend RAD Global.

I used to LOVE RAD Global. But in recent times, my experience has gotten worse and worse with them, both from a product side and a service side. I recently ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all different styles, to figure out which of the 3 I liked the best for training, and which of the 3 I liked the best for walking/running. I immediately fell in love with the Synths but had a really poor experience with the rad-1s and a mediocre experience with the mallows. I made my decision after walking a mile in each pair, which I recognize is use to some extent but minimal use and really the test of whether or not a shoe is going to get the job done. I opted to keep the synths and the mallows and return the rad-1s but they have been extremely strict on their “no used shoes returned” policy despite it only being a mile. Much better shoe and service companies out there with more flexible return policies so I won’t be giving rad my business in the future. Sad that their business model has changed so much that they now don’t respect or pay attention to original customers and their service is extremely poor.

My shoes went bad 3 months in using them like one or twice a week, yesterday doing wall walks the tops came off.

Getting in touch or receiving an email is virtually impossible.. have been ignored for months!! Love the product but one pair I have the ribbon parts where you lace through has snapped so the shoe cannot be tied as tightly! No response from anyone .. never ordering again even though would love to buy the running shoes ..I cannot due to lack of customer service. Extremely disappointing…

I ordered some V2s and they sent me the wrong color. When I contacted them about their mistake, they offered to “waive the return shipping fee” (how generous for your error) So I do the driving, printing, package, and ship back the wrong item THEY sent? No offer to send the correct item and let me keep/donate the wrong one. No offer to arrange pickup from my home. Just “here’s a link, fix our mistake yourself.” That’s not customer service. That’s asking the customer to do your job. I’ll keep the wrong shoes and never order from them again. There are plenty of shoe companies that actually value their customers’ time and correct their own mistakes without inconveniencing people. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
