Great company and good support staff.

Customer service is a joke. They deleted a SharePoint site they hosted for our company. Now 3 weeks later dealing with their tech support, and they are just ignoring my help desk tickets. I would be shocked if they were still in business next year.

I like the ease of using this platform. I also like the way it looks.

You do VERY well. We continue to be pleased with your service. One small issue: somehow somebody has your customer list. I get emails that claim to be from you that ask me to volunteer information -- it is clearly fraud. I do send these on to you -- and now I've added your "abuse" address to my files so I can quickly pass it on to you.

Rackspace is doing everything they can to make it impossible to cancel our account. We decided to change from Rackspace to Linode (which was an immediate upgrade) toward the end of last year. Upon ending service, Rackspace canceled server access and deleted our accounts. However, it turns out that we had another service running that also needed to be cancelled, except that required that we be logged into their system. Service tickets and their awful, incomprehensible overseas customer service repeatedly direct us back to log into their service which don't exist and for which password recovery does nothing. The only good news here is that they were charging my personal American Express card and that the process of disputing the charge and preventing future charges was very easy. Best thing I can think to do now is let others know our experience and prevent them from having the same frustration.
