I have been ordering shoes from Rack Room for a long time and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I ordered some Nike shoes and never received them. I think they need to get another shipping company beside FedEx. I called Fed-Ex to inquire about my shoes using the tracking number given to me by them and the tracking said my shoes were supposed to be here on Sunday, but they didn’t come. I called Fed-Ex to ask where my shoes were and they were VERY rude so, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they are even worse. I was suppose to get my order on Sunday, then Wednesday but then they stopped all tracking and told me the order will be there in a few days. I called Rack Room and they told me to just wait on order because they can’t cancel it until I get my order. I will never order on line from Rack Room again. I talked to a local manager and he assured me that they can order and ship to store and take care of all the stress from ordering online. I had to give one star on the survey because, it wouldn’t let my in with no stars. Rack Room stores are good but online sucks and FedEx delivery sucks with tracking information.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and within less than 10 minutes, changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. There is NOWHERE on their website to cancel an order, so l sent an email. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours. 29 hours later, I got an email telling me my order had shipped. I called them and was told by a very snarky employee that you absolutely CANNOT CANCEL OR CHANGE an order, regardless. I received the shoes anyway, and I have to pay for the return shipping, which is at least $10 by USPS, more for FedEx, and it could take a month or more to get a refund. To make matters worse, they left the security device on one of the shoes, and it would be impossible to remove without damaging the shoe. NEVER AGAIN !!! UPDATE: The postage for the return was $10.65 USPS. Several days later I got an email telling me I was getting a partial refund, despite the fact that I had fulfilled all requirements for a full refund. After several emails, I finally got the balance of my refund. Steer clear of this company, they are nothing but trouble.

Absolute worst customer service at Castle Rock, CO location. Extremely rude employees. I will never shop there again.

I saw a sign stating very clearly to buy 1 pair and the 2nd pair is half price. I travelled home and noticed I was charged full price for both. My emails to "customer service" (should that not be "customer blow off"?) produced no result. I was offered some ridiculous information about a star that should have been there. When you make a mistake ....take ownership. DO NOT expect your customers to pay for your mistakes.

It's the first time I shop with this company online. Due to a circumstance, I needed to change my shipping method. I reached out to the "customer care" as soon as they operate the next day since I placed my order at night, the staffs online was very unsupportive, uninterested, unhelpful and unprofessional. One even hang up the chat right away before I even started my question.This one by the name of "Nkazi". Extremely rude and careles. Way to go on providing customer "care". It really doesn't matter how much a company try to market their brand, how much reward points, programs they offer, when a customer reach out to you for help with their orders, that's the crucial point of business success. You have no idea of the impact this will make if you are able to help these customers that are trying to buy your products but have blockers which doesn't take much for you to unblock. But out of laziness and carelessness, these kind of customer service attitude won't get you far. This will definitely be the last time I shop with this company.

Upon trying to check out with $120 worth of shoes, I went to the payment processing screen of the website to pay. On their website currently, any order over $65 ships free. This was not reflected in my cart. I live chatted with CS and was told to call them instead. I called, talked to a lady, was put on hold 3 times and then transferred to another new lady to restart the whole process over again. After this, I hung up directly and cancelled my order. This was directly a website issue which they stated, but waiting 15 minutes for a $7 promo code so I could check out quickly, proved to be too much for this company. Take your money elsewhere. P.S., if corporate sees this review, I would love to have a chat....

I’m missing 10 pair of shoes that was ordered back in April and they can only tell me 2 will be delivered tomorrow but no ref or resolution to my other 8 pair the person was nice but the overall suck
