These folks are quite adept at "bait and switch." I ordered a "white" Nike which I'd clicked through from Google to the website - my email purchase verification stated it as such - although further research revealed the website describes that shoe as "bronze." Turns out the bronze shoe was on sale but the white one was $30 more. So my daughter-in-law had to pay the difference in order to get the right color of shoe for my granddaughter's birthday gift. They refused to refund the $30 or even admit they were wrong in incorrectly describing the shoe. They got their money but lost a customer and a ton of goodwill - not that they seem to particularly care. Bottom line, if you buy from this company, be *very* careful and read the fine print because they are not about to change or admit to their misleading practices!

I had ordered two pairs of shoes through their Hamilton Town center location and the first pair that I have received were disgusting. You don't send a customer a pair of used dirty shoes. I'm still waiting on the second pair to show. Once I get the second pair I will be taking them both back to the Hamilton Town center location and getting a refund regardless of what the second pair looks like.

Terrible place. Rude employees screw you on their supposed deal. They must be going under. Good riddance.

There is zero costomer service help. You MUST email. They get back as well as uber.... still have not received my order. Still Paid in full, still pending. RIDICULOUS.

Never heard of these guys, but that didn’t stop them from charging me for shoes that someone else bought. They couldn’t have cared less. Told me to take it up with my bank because they had better things to do. I hope they go out of business.

I love sketcher store you walk in you got two or three people already welcome in you asking if you need help I mean, I love it and everybody always has time for you. Plus, I think they got a pretty good product at the price especially the reduced items I love their reduce shoes. I’ve probably already bought four pair in the last four years. It’s just a great place to shop. Give them a try!

Mostly good experience. Places to sit, nice selection but the staff could use a little more CS training
