It is a great product and it is designed for modern world. I purchased the product and installed it by myself. Called Rachio 3 times to ask questions and received very good help. Then called a couple more times to navigate through scheduling and weather adjustments - all that information was available in the doc, but I did not read it. Lastly, my gardeners were very happy that I got Rachio as they are very used to it and can control it by themselves from their phones if they see the loan is not doing well

I bought a controller on ebay and I love the product. It saves a lot of water by syncing to local weather. It is also very easy to control by phone and suspend watering when needed. Highly recommended.

Kudos to Rachio. The system is great for our home, plants, trees and grass. It save us water and it saves the planet water. Customer service is also excellent

I am so happy with my Rachio smart sprinkler. I can turn on and off zones from my phone for many needs; kids to run through, test areas and to water needed after mowing. The smart features save me money when it rains and also adjusts to the seasons so that I do not have to. I am never going back to a regular ON/OFF sprinkler system. Thank you Rachio!
