Printing is great and there was great concern that the picture and printing would be the best it could be. What my problem is with is the handles. They pull out on a lot of them without anything of much weight in them. I now staple them which has helped with the problem.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you were happy with the printing quality and the care our team took with your artwork. We’re very sorry, however, to hear about the issue with the bag handles coming loose. That’s not the experience we want for RacetopPrint customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our team will review this issue carefully and reach out to you directly to see how we can assist.

I was sent an email to proof the label which I did immediately, I didn't get a response till 5days later till me that they are waiting for me to proof and confirm, I had to send a screenshot of my previous email before the believed me.that cost me working days. Apologies can't bring back 7 working days So yes, your communication is not professional. I placed this order on 9/5/26 and it arrived 10/5/2026 😔😪

Hi there, We’re truly sorry for the communication issue and the delay this caused with your order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to respond promptly to the proof request and then lose valuable working days because your approval was not properly recognized. This is not the level of communication RacetopPrint aims to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will review the handling of this order internally so we can improve our process and avoid similar issues in the future.
