The bags were very nice, very sturdy, a little smaller than I thought but very well made. I am very pleased with me purchase.

They'll work in a pinch, but not well. Use alibaba instead.
Communication is slow, it takes 1-2 days between each response. Design team is unhelpful in reccomending alternatives when they're unable to deliver what is advertised. Print quality is good, but colors vary widely each order, despite me uploading the same design files. 10-15% of all my printed paper bags are either missing handles completely or broken on arrival, and the reusable woven bags I ordered are already falling apart on the first use. I used racetop in a pinch to get bags a little faster than I could get them on alibaba, but I wouldn't reccomend them to anybody.

Hi there, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. The concerns you raised regarding communication, color consistency, damaged bag handles, and the durability of the reusable bags are all issues we take very seriously. This is not the experience RacetopPrint wants to provide. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused, especially after multiple orders. Our team will review the details of your orders carefully and follow up with you directly to better understand the issues and work toward a proper resolution. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Excellent Customer Service and Perfect Labels!
I ordered four different label designs, and one had incorrect dimensions. Race Top was incredibly patient, explaining the issues with each revision I submitted. Some designs would have been distorted or had text too small to read. Instead of simply printing whatever I sent, they took the time to ensure my labels were professional and usable. That speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The finished labels are absolutely perfect! Although I missed my original launch date due to my own errors, I'm grateful they didn't rush the process. I'd rather have a delayed launch than be stuck with labels I couldn't use. Thank you, Race Top, for your patience, professionalism, and attention to detail!
