Добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что сроки упаковки посылки затянулись :( Процесс упаковки вашей посылки совпал с переездом склада в Германии, из-за которой многие этапы обработки затягивались, увы. На данный момент сроки, в целом, вернулись к обычным. Насколько мы видим, ваша посылки находится на таможенном оформлении, а значит, совсем скоро будет у вас. The reason is that for non-standard items (which your item was), shipping costs are calculated based on dimensional weight.
