Good afternoon! I used the intermediary Banderolka to purchase vitamins from many of the well-known iHerb website. After opening the box, the additional packaging looks like this. I paid for the order on the site on my own, waited for the goods to arrive at the warehouse along the track, the goods arrived and the next day the parcel was tracked at the Parcel, filled out a declaration in accordance with the Economy tariff (the cheapest after Flash). It is quite convenient that there are detailed tips for filling out the declaration, but I don’t understand why there are restrictions on the number of characters per unit of goods. This is strange, I had to innovate to reduce the number of words in characters. Then he replenished the balance of the wallet to pay for the delivery and sent the goods as they write "Home". Delivery from USA to Kazan took 19 days, tracked on the Russian Post website - convenient. I will try to order more.

Вопрос риторический, молодая была и глупая) Сервис работает как часы - посылки появляются в личном кабинете даже если вы не добавите их в ожидаемые. Да, сейчас приходится немного дольше ждать упаковки покупок - но что поделать, видимо, зашиваются сотрудники складов. Зато после упаковки посылку моментально отправляют и она автоматически начинает отслеживаться через почту России. Кстати, если живете в Москве - всего за 100 рублей можно заказать доставку до дома, удобно. По времени доставки после упаковки - из Германии мне дошла за неделю. Я довольна, буду рекомендовать друзьям. Спасибо!

I will start my review by saying that I ordered a parcel from a German online store to their warehouse in Berlin, it was delivered on 13.02.23, and it was already sent to me in Moscow on February 20 or 21, I don't remember exactly, and after 13 days it was delivered to me at the post office next to my house - 7.03.2023. In the current conditions, it's just fabulously fast. A few words can be noted about the support service, they are real pros, although they answer for a long time, but they answer in fact and clearly. In general, the work is well established, they receive purchases and send them to your home, in general, I can recommend this service :)

Суперская доставка! 12-я посылка за год, проблемы были только однажды. А так всё идеально. Очень быстрая упаковка (из Великобритании - полтора дня), но из Великобритании безумно дорогая доставка, примерно в 2,5 раза дороже, чем из Германии, учитывайте это при выборе склада. Зато гораздо быстрее сборка. Доставка 8,5кг мне обошлась в 150 долларов.
