I ordered these puzzles not aware of their actual sizes. Of course I ordered them from Facebook. When I received them, the Medium size puzzles had very small pieces. I did attempt to put one together, but felt I was making my eyesight worse!. I tried several times to contact the company, even filed a discrepancy with my C/C, because I was unable to get through via phone calls to just exchange 2 puzzles. My C/C charged me for the purchase, Quordlepuzzles still has yet to contact me back in regards to the exchange. It's not worth the trouble. A lesson well learned, I'm afraid.

They are fake big time They don't refund money even after I send them back and I paid for return still they don't refund

Good quality for the price. Yes, they’ve been running a “going out of business” sale for a long time, but their prices are good (certainly cheaper than Wentworth) and the product is of good quality and fun to work with. Just ordered from their regular catalog - apparently others have had problems with a “custom” puzzle. They really are wood, but a thinner laminate than Wentworth uses. Precisely cut, so there’s no problem putting the puzzle together. Very happy with my purchase - particularly at this price point.

I ordered a very special custom puzzle of a beautiful photograph taken in Hawaii for the Meditation of Christ Photographic Art Series. To commemorate the release of one of our favorite photos, I ordered a quordle puzzle of it to give to the photographer. When I received the puzzle, I decided to put it together before sending it to her just to know what exactly it was I was giving her. When I put it together I found that because it was a Christmas gift, they had added squiggly lines around the photo that were like Christmas easter eggs. Stars, the words, MERRY CHRISTMAS, a tree, a cupcake and other festive things weaved in and out of the photo. There was a blatant outline of Santa Claus flying like Superman right over the head of Jesus in the photo. I was so very disappointed. I couldn't believe they would ruin the puzzle with their cute Christmas themed outlines. I didn't send it because I didn't want the photographer to see what they had done to her masterpiece. After a couple of months, I finally sent it to her with a profound apology. I figure instead of throwing it away, she might still let her grandchildren put it together. When I asked for them to redo it with no added images on the puzzle, they said it was randomly produced by their machine and they couldn't authorize a second puzzle to be made without the extra images. BEWARE. They will not give a refund or remake the puzzle they ruined.

Fake company, sorry to say.

They've been faking that they're a family business going broke and this is their LAST DAY with huge discounts to clear inventory... for well over a year. I saw a Facebook ad and got excited, but was lucky enough to bump into a Reddit thread where people reported seeing this "closing sale" happening at least as far back as the start of 2023. Full disclosure: I haven't ordered anything, so it could be the puzzles are just as advertised, but the discounts are imaginary to create customer desire. Scammy way to do business, I don't trust them.

I have found the customer service given by Quordle Puzzles to be exceptional. They were helpful at every stage of my purchase. I highly recommend them

This lot are as crooked as a four pound coin. They've been masquerading as quordlepuzzleshop for years, but aren't the same company. Unlike the real shop, this bunch have been fake closing down for years. I'm amazed people still fall for this, it's probably quite a lucrative scam.
