They provide good services. My loan officer Mr Darrin English is great. He worked with me patiently, he explained the process and what to provide. He responds to phone calls and call back on time. Having him as a loan officer facilitate the process for me and built my confidence in the bank. The only think I did not like is that I was not informed that another mortgage company will take over my mortgage payment after completing the buying process. I will use Quontic anytime I want to buy a new house, I recommend this bank for anyone who want to take a mortgage loan.

The loan officer was excellent Kristina Kovacs Our experience with Suncity title awesome Issues with the bank itself We sent out the 1st payment ahead of time dated for August 1st The payment was withdrawn 4 days early upon receipt of check Never received letter of Loan transferred to a new bank We have to call the bank to clarify to whom we have to send next payment Payment coupon from Quontic when they sold loan to Wellsfargo already Very confusing move I’m generous with rating of 4 stars Jorge

It would be nice if the app provided more information on the CD accounts in it - specifically the maturity dates etc.

The rates for CDS were among the highest available, and the procedure to sign up and transfer funds was the usual. I could give 5 stars, but I'm a hard grader.

I am happy overall. I’d like to be sent a statement and check out how the money is growing, but not a big deal. I can log in too, just a hassle in that lots of accounts in places with our different checking, etc. But happy to have bought this and will do again.

Quontic made it fairly easy to open a new CD account. It went quickly, including all the regulatory jumping through hoops. (This applies to any financial institution, and is for our protection.) My only complaint was a slight difficulty reading through all the disclosures, and verifying my rate before funding (couldn't find that, trusted it was as advertised, and it was - whew). Not sure if it was my browser, or the website that made it difficult to read, but the rate should be somewhere easy to find before I agree and fund. just a suggestion.
