Good banking. Waiting on first deposit to become active.

Great interest rates. Only complaint is web site feels very basic and unclear how you can transfer funds to the Quontic accounts outside using Zelle or setting up transfers via bank accounts you have at other institutions.

The process was longer than anticipated and fraught with emotion, but our lending agent Todd Wilkerson was a true champion. He was by our side each step of the way and I knew we had someone truly working for US to make our home buying dream come true. This was our first house and both my husband and I work for ourselves so we didn't fit the traditional homebuyers model, Todd worked tirelessly to support us achieving our goal. At the end of the process we are happily settled in our first home!
