I was able to open an account online easily and quickly. When I had a question there was a number to call. I called several times and each representative was helpful answering all my questions. Their customer service is excellent.

I opened 2 online CD's and the process was easy. The Quontic website is extremely user friendly. Their response to your transaction is almost immediate. I did have to call for some information and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. She was patient and very knowledgeable.
