I'm new to Quontic, and still unfamiliar with the website and procedures. Setting up and managing accounts seems somewhat convoluted compared to other online banks, but a phone call to customer service provided a great deal of help. Their rates are certainly some of the best available, and I hope to build a CD ladder at Quontic. Until at least one CD matures I can't give a complete evaluation, but so far so good.

Opening an account was far and away the easiest most direct process I ever encountered. You do not merit 5 stars because linking external bank accounts to deposit additional funds in my Quontic account was not possible.

Just started with Quontic Bank. Thus far they have been responsive to my questions and needs. I need to see how easy/hard it will be to access my funds through their ATM system without fees…will reserve that final star until then.

I literally just opened an account so my review is based solely on the sign- up process. Everything was very easy and straightforward during the application. The only part of that process that bothered me was when they recommended that I give my primary bank's log-in information so that transfers can be done more easily, which I would not recommend to anyone in this day and age. Other than that everything was straightforward and logical. My primary complaint right now is the lack of an option for biometric log-in from within the actual mobile app itself. The only way to set this up currently is by manually adding the app and account to your phone's biometric support app within the operating system. That is not a straightforward process for most folks, and it may not work at all if there's an issue with your phone's manufacturer software. However, the website offers the same functionality (except for push notifications) and that's what I use. Overall not a deal-breaker... just an annoyance that I hope will be addressed eventually.

Easy to setup account. Miss the mobile deposit capability I expected for the Money Market account. You should add it.

Send email asking how to add POD or beneficiary, but no reply. It’s been 2 weeks.

The account took a couple of days to set up, and was easy to do but felt a little sketchy- the app was hard to log into and asked a lot of security questions that had been chosen for me (felt a little invasive and were a bit random) I think there are other better ways to set up the security that feel more legitimate and less finicky. The apps design is very simple, which also feels a little sketchy- however I’ve started to feel safer with my money in quontic and hope that it is just a very simple, self explanatory playform without all the bells and whistles that other banking platforms seem to have.

Great online bank. The process was very easy and smooth to go through and anytime I needed assistance the customer service was great. The only thing I think would be helpful is having a more user friendly process for obtaining your debit card. I had to fish for the information as it wasn’t easy to figure out how to get one. I also didn’t receive confirmation or any follow up on whether or not I’d receive one in the mail. Confirmation on things like that is extremely helpful.
