hi thanks for oppertunity to share my reverse mortage experience with you.at the age of 86 years old i have become very careful how i manage my money . it's not that i doubt others so much as it is that i doubt me,having reached the age of 86 i have paid off the mortage on my home and have some money to spend i iwish,however, for some bigger needs for things lile home repairs, new car,vacation, well there was just not enough money available for those things,one day i got a letter from a reverse mortage company and called them and i began a proccess that was endless . i got the idea that because i didnot have larger eqiuity in my home they were not all that interested in me.and i was not sure i understood the way reverse mortages worked, so i just forgot about it.. lthen i got a call from you and impressed by your agent . when he had finishned his presentation i felt safe to procced with the mortage. i got the money to do the big item things and still have available funds anytime i need them and still have my house. thanks
