I have to admit to being a little skeptical at first using an online bank to refinance my mortgage, but I was pleasantly surprised all around with the process. I had the pleasure of working with Marcelo, Patricia, Ray, and others through my process and they were helpful, professional, and courteous. Marcelo and Patricia did a great job of respecting my own timeline as well as helping gently nudge me when needed to get through the process. My situation was a little different, but they handled it with ease! The guidance I got every step of the way was reassuring and not at all high-pressure. They helped me sort through various obstacles that left me frustrated at times and stuck with me til the end. (To be clear the obstacles were on my end, not theirs, and there were times I thought this wasn't going to be possible to get done.) The closing went very smoothly and I'm now a very happy Quontic Bank customer.

I recently closed a HELOC with Quontic Bank and have a very good experience working with the team. Marcelo guided me from the beginning, and Recommended handling the application by email which made the process faster and more efficient than I expected. PATRICIA help coordinate documentation and kept things moving . Ray Made sure the application process stayed on track and respected my time. Vicky handled the final closing steps smoothly.. The loan itself was a bit more expensive than traditional options, but timing was very important for me and the team delivered when it mattered most. Overall , I appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism and ability to get the transaction completed efficiently. I live in Queens NY and this Quontic team is in Miami and processed and closed in my house 3/26/2026 started application around Feb 10 2026 . Thank you to the entire Quontic team .

I had the privilege of working with Marvin Harris and Sharon Ledbetter. They both provided exceptional service. They were quick to answer questions I had regarding my home loan options, line of credit, processing the loan, and, more. They were never hard to reach. Any anxiety I could of had was eased by their knowledge and support. I never want to go through a home buying or loan experience without them. I'm very appreciative for all Marvin and Sharon have done for me.

Marcelo, Ray, and Patricia were amazing to work with. No other lender would have done what Quontic did for us in order to close the deal that we desperately needed to close on, even when everything went wrong (not to their fault, low appraisal).
