I thought the process was well put together and efficient. Greg was my loan agent and he was thorough and friendly. There are very few companies that can claim they do true asset based lending and Quotic is one and they do it well! Very satisfied with the outcome.

I can't say enough on how incredible the entire Quontic experience was for us during the home buying process. There is clearly a pillar in the Quontic company culture that the customer experience must be exceptional at all times. From the moment we first spoke with Jarod (Loan Officer) - we both knew this was the right choice in choosing a lender. Jarod guided us throughout each step seamlessly without ever forgetting the "human" element on how to treat people in an industry that has lost that touch in totality. Jarod then handed us over to Marcia (Senior Loan Processor) for the underwriting process which went just as smooth as the originating loan steps with Jarod. Marcia was extremely thorough in her communication and always responded extremely quick with any questions I had for her. She handled the entire underwriting so professional and to date... provided the best loan processing experience we've ever had. Both Marcia and Jarod are incredible and we will be forever grateful for them making our dream home become a reality!
