I made a call to Quontic after searching for online mortgage lenders. I have great credit and had cash on hand for a large down payment. My family had just moved 1500 miles, I didn't currently have a job and my wife had just started a new part time position (she also has great credit). All of the normal mortgage services and banks we spoke with said that even though our credit was good and we had enough cash on hand to make a down payment and make mortgage payments for 10 months we didn't qualify because I didn't have a job and part time jobs have to be worked for 2 years to count as income. Quontic saved the day by looking at our credit history and cash on hand! It was perfect and now we're in the house. Kurt was awesome and even checked in after closing.

Absolutely the bank for self-employed to get a mortgage. The entire process, from application to closing, went smoothly and designed with the unique issues of the self-employed in mind. I'm very glad I chose Quontic for my home loan.
