Adolf Flores Jr. was my Loan Officer his commitment to seeing my loan through was relentless. At times when the process seemed overwhelming to the point that I was considering cancelling the loan , Adolf kept me encouraged and hopeful with his excellent service. Best Loan Officer ever!!!!!!

Excited for the payment ring
Just opened an account because this is the first bank to offer a payment ring in the US. The process to open an account was easy, and when the initial funding didn't correctly go through, the customer service was outstanding. I've since also received my payment ring, and it's been quite nice to have with me on workouts. No need to carry a bulky wallet if I need to stop for something

The customer service was very…
The customer service was very professional and was patient to answer every question that I have. I was also followed up with a call to ensure I was no longer having issues. Although I didn't get my debit card in an expedited manner I was followed up with messages that it was going to be delivered on certain dates.
