Great service

I recently opened a CD account online with Quontic. I intended to open a one-year account but I ended up opening a 5-year one by mistake. Called customer service as soon as I found out about the mistake. A customer representative asked me to wait for a follow-up call because she was not sure I was allowed to change the term. Later on the same day, I received a call from a representative named Karren letting me know that my request has been handled. What a relief because otherwise, I would either have to wait for 5 years before I can withdraw my fund or terminate my CD earlier and pay for an early withdrawal penalty. Thank you, Quontic team, your timely response is truly appreciated.

It has only been a couple of weeks since I opened my savings account but I must say my transactions have been smooth and easy. When I called customer service with a question I only waited a few seconds for the rep to answer. That is unheard of these days. I hope my experience with Qountic Bank will continue to be as good as it is now. Thank you.

This is a bank with a great interest rate! The account has a daily funds transfer limit of $500,000 credit and $500,000 debit so it is easy to move your money in or out of your account. Most banks have a much lower daily funds transfer limit, so it can take a lot longer to move your money and many more transfers. If the account is limited to six transfers per month, the daily transfer limit amount should be a major consideration. Quontic's limit is the highest that I know of, so it gives me the most control over my money. I really like that, plus the great interest rate!
