I refinanced my construction loan to a permanent mortgage with Quontic and the entire team was outstanding to work with. They all pushed hard to get the loan closed quickly. I highly recommend them.

As stressful as a mortgage process can be, and it was, I have to acknowledge all the patience, kindness and guidance with which the whole Quontic team demonstrated throughout the entire process. Marcelo Bianchi (a truly empathetic people's person) in the beggining of the process and Patricia Almodovar towards the end and most exhausting part of it did everything they could to assure me that things would work out as smooth as they possibly could, to which I am very thankful.

I had an issue after changing my email into an iCloud "Hide my Email" address, I was unable to change it back through the website. After contacting customer support, helped me through the process of changing my email back to my normal one. I've used all forms of their customer support; call, chat, & email, never had an issue!
